We fell in love with these mini gardens the minute we saw them. They make a great gift for anyone with an allotment or anyone aspiring to having an allotment.

The postcarden is a printed box with a wonderful allotment collage on the front. You write the address and message onto the back, add a stamp, then pop it in the post, just like a conventional postcard.

The difference though is that inside the box is a charming pop-up alloment, the base of which is a water retentative pad on which to sow your cress seeds. After a few days the alloment will be brimming with veg!

And if you like colouring, there is plenty of scope to make the allotment your own, by decorating the shed, fence and plants.
