This skipping rope is intended for use by one child at a time. A longer rope is needed for two or more children to skip together.
This doesn't mean it can't be fun! The sort of skipping games I enjoyed as a child include:
- Close your eyes. This tests your co ordination.
- Hopping. More difficult than it seems.
- Double rev. Spin the rope twice while jumping once. This requires you to jump higher and spin the rope faster.
- Cross arms. As your arms come over your head you cross your hands to make a loop in the rope which you then jump through. As the rope comes over your head you uncross your hands. This needs plenty of rope.
