Heritage seed enthusiast based in Somerset
Thomas Etty Esquire was set up by seed enthusiast Ray Warner. After being made redundant by an insurance company in 1999 Ray took heed of his mother's comment that he was born with a packet of seeds in his mouth and set about building a business based on his love of heritage seeds.
Thomas Etty now offers some 450 heritage seed varieties ranging in date from 1633 to the end of the Second World War, which are hand packed in Somerset by Ray and in Bedfordshire by his son Dan.
